He is the Director of Sales of the new luxury condo development 1288 Howard in San Francisco's vibrant South of Market neighborhood. He is the liaison between the Developer, Buyer, Brokers, Lenders, and Escrow & Title giving special attention to every dynamic and party involved. Michael joins March Capital after successfully heading the sales of the largest condo development in Los Angeles. He has sold new development condominiums in San Francisco in Hayes Valley, SoMa, and Dogpatch. Michael has a Bachelor's of Science in Healthcare Administration from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX and real estate licenses in California and Texas.
